- Greg E Added January 30, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Have been going to this practice for 18 years, Dr Kwan was my Doctor I have now found it has changed from a "family orientated we care about your health practice" to a money making machine -- Its like "lets see how many patients we can cram in for a day."
I used to be able to phone up in the early morning and get at least to see a Doc not of my choice. Usually you could get the Doc of choice 2 days out. Now you cant even get in in to see anybody for 2 days only on the third. So when you do get to see a Doctor you have no idea what they do. On 3 occasions I can barely understand what the the Doctor is saying. I have now had enough of this practice and will be leaving it. They really need to take a good look at their services. Their adds spout all the services but they cant deliver. Pretty sad really when you think about it. Bye bye Hawker Medical Practice, Im leaving because you don't care any more..........
